Our Mission

Elements of Education works alongside school districts to develop innovative ways of meeting the diverse needs of students. There is no one-size-fits-all answer for any community. We operate sort of like an incubator for education. Our team is a collection of educational experts who are part of a movement to empower leaders within a community to identify creative solutions to the unique problems that their communities face.

Over the years, many of our team have started off working as adjunct instructors or part-time coordinators for brand new programs that over time have been folded into the budget of a school or school district once they are proven successful. This allows us to remain nimble and agile, identifying problems of practice and empowering those closest to the problem to develop and refine creative solutions.
